Terms of Use

By creating a ZExamAcers account or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use ZExamAcers.

• ZExamAcers is designed for students age 13 and older.
• Accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential and not shared outside the family.

Subscription plans, pricing, billing frequency, and included features are described on the Plans page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from the parent account. See the Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another family's account or data.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell course content, practice content, or mock exam content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, including through automated scraping or excessive requests.

Course lessons, practice activities, and mock exams are created or curated by ZExamAcers to support exam preparation. Mock exams are structured to reflect the general format and pacing of the exam they relate to and are not official exam content. ZExamAcers is not affiliated with, and does not claim endorsement by, any exam provider referenced on the site.

ZExamAcers does not guarantee any particular exam score, admission outcome, or academic result. Course content and practice activities are intended to support preparation and are only one part of a student's overall preparation.

ZExamAcers content is provided for personal, non-commercial use by the subscribing family while the subscription is active. All other rights are reserved by Zonopact.

ZExamAcers may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms. A parent may cancel a subscription at any time from the parent account's subscription settings.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ZExamAcers and Zonopact are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms as ZExamAcers develops. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
