This policy explains what information ZExamAcers collects, how it is used, and the choices available to parents and legal guardians. ZExamAcers is a product from Zonopact and is designed for students age 13 and older, with accounts created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

From the parent or legal guardian who creates the account, we collect:

• Name and contact information, including email address.
• Account credentials, handled through our authentication provider.
• Billing information, processed by our payment provider; ZExamAcers does not store full payment card numbers.

For the student, we collect only the minimum information needed to provide access, generally limited to:

• A first name or display name, used to personalize the learning experience.
• A confirmation from the parent that the student is age 13 or older.
• Course activity, such as lesson progress, practice activity completion, and mock exam participation.
• Questions submitted through the platform and the responses provided.

• To create and manage the parent account and student access.
• To provide course content, practice activities, mock exams, and webinar access.
• To deliver responses to written questions through private platform messages.
• To process billing and communicate about subscriptions.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

ZExamAcers uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand how pages and courses are used, such as page views and button clicks. Analytics only runs after a visitor grants consent through the cookie banner, and advertising trackers are not enabled by default. Student names, email addresses, question content, and other personal information are never sent to analytics tools.

ZExamAcers shares information only with service providers that help operate the platform, such as authentication, email delivery, SMS verification, and payment processing providers, each bound to use the information only to provide their service. ZExamAcers does not sell personal information.

ZExamAcers is intended for use by students age 13 and older, with the account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. ZExamAcers does not knowingly collect information directly from a child under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental involvement, we will take steps to delete that information.

Information is retained for as long as the account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. ZExamAcers uses industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections and access controls, to help protect information.

Parents can review and update account information, manage analytics consent from the cookie banner, and request access to or deletion of information by contacting us using the privacy inquiry option on the Contact page.

We may update this policy as ZExamAcers develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
