Parent creates an account

A parent or legal guardian creates the ZExamAcers account and manages billing and settings.

Parent adds student information

Only the minimum information required to set up the student's access is collected.

Parent chooses a course or plan

Select an available course and a subscription plan that fits your family's needs.

Student accesses lessons

The student works through self-paced lessons organized into course modules.

Student completes practice activities

Topic-based practice helps identify which areas may need more attention.

Student completes mock examinations

Timed mock exams are structured to reflect the general format of the course.

Student attends available instructor webinars

Weekly live sessions where the instructor presents key concepts and guidance.

Student submits written questions

Questions go through the platform and are answered by private platform message.

Parent reviews available progress information

Parents use the account to see available learning information for the student.

Subscription and course access are managed from the parent account

Plan changes, billing, and cancellation are all handled from the parent account.

Webinars are instructor-led

Only the instructor is presented during webinars. Students are not publicly displayed on camera or by name during instructor-led sessions, and can submit written questions through the platform at any time.
