Our commitment

ZExamAcers aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for the public website. This is an ongoing effort as the platform develops.

What we have built

  • Keyboard navigation throughout the site, including a skip-to-content link.
  • Visible focus states on interactive elements.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields.
  • Accessible menus, accordions, and dialogs built on tested accessibility primitives.
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Text and interface colors chosen to meet contrast requirements.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some third-party embedded elements, such as the spam-verification widget, are provided by outside vendors and may have their own accessibility characteristics. We review and address issues as they are identified.

Reporting a barrier

If you experience a barrier using ZExamAcers, please use the accessibility feedback option on the Contact page, or email studentsuccess@zexamacers.com. Please describe the page, the device and browser or assistive technology used, and the issue you encountered.
